Synopsis:
Passengers is an American science fiction romantic film telling the tale of a couple who falls in love while on a journey through the cosmos. They are on a voyage to some distant planet and they are in deep sleep or hibernation. However, a slight malfunction takes place in the system and they are woken up much before reaching their destination. They fall in love and come to know that the malfunction that woke up was really much more serious than they realise. The romantic story becomes more of a thriller and it reaches its climax.
