Synopsis:
In 2002, link news maker Kim Barker chooses to shake up her routine by taking a challenging new task in Kabul, Afghanistan. Unstuck from her agreeable American way of life, Barker winds up amidst a crazy combat area. Fortunately, she meets Tanya Vanderpoel (Margot Robbie), a kindred columnist who takes the shellshocked correspondent under her wing. In the midst of the aggressors, warlords and evening time celebrating, Barker finds the way to turning into an effective journalist. Starring Tina Fey and Margot Robbie, Whiskey Tango Foxtrot is an American biographical war comedy and a light watch. The movie received positive reviews from critics and did pretty well on box office.
