Synopsis:
The Post is an upcoming American crime thriller film which revolves around the rivalry existing between two leading American publications, The Washington Post and The New York Times. The Washington Post has just appointed their first woman publisher in the history, and she finds her perfect comrade in the editor. They face stiff competition from TNYT, which they have to win in any case. The case in hand is a massive government cover-up that is taking place for decades now. It’s the race between the two giant media houses to be the first to expose the scam. To what extent will they to ensure success over the other, thats what the film deals with.
