Synopsis:
The Happytime Murders is an upcoming 2018 American puppet crime comedy movie, directed by Brian Henson and the movie stars Melissa McCarthy, Katherine Heigl and Maya Rudolph in the lead roles. The movie is set in Los Angeles where both humans and puppets live together but the former one is considered to be of inferior species. However, things change when two detectives, a puppet and a human are ordered to complete the investigation of one of the most brutal murders of crew members of a very popular puppet show. It is a race against time to catch the murderers before they target other crew members of a famous television series.
