Synopsis:
The Happy Prince, a British biographical drama, is an untold story of a famous Irish poet & playwright, Oscar Wilde. The movie is based on the last days of his life that he had spent in exile in Europe after his native country expelled him. With the phase putting him down, he creates a survival by falling back to what he has been known for, attention-grabbing irony and intelligence. The movie also brings a face-off of loyalty and desire as experienced by Wilde during that phase of his life. Taking inspiration from the difficulties during his downfall, he creates a long poem, his last work before he dies in Paris.
