Synopsis:
Super Troopers 2 is an upcoming American comedy crime film directed by Jay Chandrasekhar. Written by and featuring the American comedy group ‘Broken Lizard’, composed of Jay Chandrasekhar, Kevin Heffernan, Steve Lemme, Paul Soter and Erik Stolhanske, this movie is a sequel to ‘Super Troopers’, which came out in 2001. When it is discovered that a small town in Canada is actually on American soil, an international border dispute arises between the two countries. Five silly but well-meaning state troopers are assigned the task of setting up a new highway patrol station in the disputed area of Canada, to keep an eye on their rivals.
