Synopsis:
Parched is an Indian film about how the women are being repressed in a growing economy such as Indians. The film deals with the pain of four women from different walks of life as they discuss within each other the different areas of their lives such as men, sex and other everyday things that women aren’t supposed to discuss with one another. The controversial film has been produced by the acclaimed Indian actor Ajay Devgan and stars Tannishtha Chatterjee, Surveen Chawla, Radhika Apte and Adil Hussain in the main roles among many others. Leena Yadav gets the credit for writing and directing the film.
