Midsommar Synopsis:

Midsommar, an American folk horror film, follows a couple Christian and Dani who is going through some troubles in their relationship. When Dani suffers from a personal tragedy, the couple decides to go on a vacation with Mark and Josh. The group plans a trip to Sweden to attend a midsummer festival that happens once every 90 years. The festival vacation begins as a pastoral paradise only to end as a dread-soaked nightmare after the locals reveal their terrifying agenda, named as the rituals. Whether the group falls prey to the dark side of the festival and its disturbing and pagan rituals or manages to escape forms the rest of the story.
