Synopsis:
Ma, an American psychological horror film, follows a middle-aged woman named Sue Ann who lives in the quiet town of Ohio and keeps to herself. Maggie, a new teenager in the town, asks Sue for help buying booze for partying with her friends. Sue finds this as an opportunity and becomes friend with the teenagers, asking them to hang out in her basement to avoid any hassles of drink & drive. Apart from some rules like calling her Ma, the teenagers find her basement as the best place in town for partying. However, things turn into a nightmare when Sue’s hospitality curdles into obsession and what happens next forms the rest of the story.
