Kuriyan Jawan Bapu Pareshan, an Indian Punjabi comedy-drama, is the story of a possessive father to three girls. Sunil Sharma gave birth to three girls in the want of a son before his wife passed away. Then, he spent his life caring for and raising his daughters, protecting them from societal evils. But his colleague and other people in the society always influenced him to doubt and control his daughters. Alternatively, the girls learned to live an independent life. Will Sharma Ji’s worries prove right for his daughters or will the girls prove the gender inequality wrong?
