Synopsis:
Helen, an Indian Malayalam survival thriller movie, is the story of a nurse named Helen who is working at a restaurant inside a plush mall. In addition to her job, she is also taking IELTS classes to fulfil her dream of settling abroad. However, her father, who is an insurance agent, is against her decision of moving abroad, her boyfriend Azhar supports her. Her life takes a drastic turn when she undergoes a tragic incident wherein she gets trapped inside a refrigerator in the restaurant she works at. Though her father, boyfriend, and the police set out on the mission to find her, can they find Helen before it’s too late?
