Synopsis:
Ek Mini Katha, an adult comedy film in the Telugu language, is the story of Santhosh who is suffering from “Micro Penis Syndrome.” After learning about the problem, he starts feeling bad about himself and avoids going into a relationship with any girl. He starts looking for a medical solution to the problem, accompanied by his friend but the struggle continues. In the meantime, his family starts looking for a girl and he gets married. Now, with the fear of being rejected by his wife, he tries to avoid mate with her. Will he ever find a solution to his syndrome or face the challenges of a happily married life?
