Synopsis:
Child’s Play, an American slasher film, is a modern remake of the 1988 film of the same name and following a plot similar to the original one. On moving to a new city, the single mother Karen Barclay gifts her son Andy a new toy doll for his birthday. The innocent Buddi doll becomes one among Andy’s best friends until it shows up its sinister nature. When the doll starts taking life on its own, Andy realizes a threat from the toy and teams up with other children from the neighborhood to prevent the doll from causing blood havoc. What happens next forms the rest of the story.
