Captain America: Civil War Synopsis:

After another episode including the Avengers results in inadvertent blow-back, political weight mounts to introduce an arrangement of responsibility, headed by a representing body to manage and coordinate the group. The new business as usual cracks the Avengers, bringing about two camps, one drove by Steve Rogers and his yearning for the Avengers to stay allowed to protect humankind without government impedance, and the other after Tony Stark’s shocking choice to bolster government oversight and responsibility.
