Synopsis:
Article 15, an Indian crime thriller film, is based on true events as happened in Badaun in 2014 that violated Article 15 of the Indian constitution. Ayushmann Khurana plays the role of a police officer in this investigative drama, wherein he is handling the case of gangrape and murder in the village. As the details unfold, the cop gets more involved in the case and launches a fight against violation of Article 15 that prohibits any discrimination on the grounds of caste, sex, religion, race, or place of birth. Working through resistance, will he be able to solve the case or not forms the rest of the story.
