Synopsis:
The Edge of Seventeen is an American coming of age teenage drama film based on the lives of a few American teenagers and their everyday struggles. Nadine is a pretty and shy kid in high school who happens to be leading a normal life but things somehow goes badly for her as her best friend starts dating her brother. Nadine feels lonely and tries finding peace and happiness in another shy boy. The boy gives her some hope that things may not really be as bad as they seem to be and this marks the beginning of a wonderful friendship.
